| Job Description |
Coordinator required to oversee the competence assurance system through conducting assessments and verifications of technical competence and acting as an observer to assessments in disciplines not skilled in. Must be familair with the NVQ process of assessment and internal verification. Main focus will be on young techncians, operators and engineers. In addition to the competence responsibilities the post holder will also liaise with Training Staff to ensure those under development receive the appropriate technicl atraining. |
