Job Description

To be responsible for providing professional full cycle internal capability in the areas of Internal Consultancy, Management Development, Behavioural development and Psychometric design and assessment to developees, staff and managers, while developing the skill set capability of internal HR development staff against agreed objectives.


 



  • Provide a full scope internal development consultancy service.

  • Deliver full cycle, best in class, behavioural and Management Development, utilizing all tools  

  • Develop a robust internal capability within the HR UAE National population in each area of personal development capability.



Degree in Psychology/BA/HR ; preferably post-graduate caliber


10-15 years International experience in internal and external development consultancy, with a commercial business background plus team management experience.


Experience of designing & running assessment and development centers.


Accreditations in best practice management development and assessment tools, e.g. BPS A&B / Centre Manager, NLP, MBTI, SDI, Insights, Situational leadership.


Professional Body accreditations and management coaching


Full suite senior team development, in addition to typical Management Development and behavioral development.


Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language


Computer skills (Ms Office and MS Project) with good database knowledge
