Job Description

The post holder will provide guidance, support and training in the application of the compant Performance Management system, across the organization, in conjunction with the development of UAE National within related fields.

Build and maintain strong working relationship with the managers and employees across the business to facilitate the implementation and development of the Performance Management System 

Support management by conducting Development Needs Analysis with individuals and groups to identify areas of performance shortfall and design appropriate performance improvement interventions 

Research the value and success of all interventions by carrying out after action evaluation and analysis and provide regular reports on effectiveness and benefits of interventions to HR Management

Design effective inputs to link and support related performance issues including, identifying high potential employees, succession planning candidates, individual and organizational development needs, compensation and reward triggers and potential employee de-motivators

Qualifications Degree in Business Administration / HR / Management or equivalent
Minimum of 12 –15 years experience in HRD / L&D senior training role
Evidence of Design, Delivery and Evaluation of Organization Change Interventions
