Job Description To provide expert advice to the Training Manager on various methodologies for employee training, recommending the most efficient and effective methods and procedures for use in company project.

To provide HR/Training support to line managers for the effective coaching and training(including on-the-job) of the human resources allocated to them.

To ensure that the Company complies with its training obligations, effectively managing its relevant annual budget.

• Contributing to the development of company training policies and procedures;

• Developing and maintaining contacts with training providers, both local and international;

• Conducting training needs analysis on staff training requirements across the entire Company;

• Working closely with line managers on training needs and staff development plans;

• Preparing the training plans in accordance with the operational and organisational requirements, to ensure that the national personnel acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and work experience;

• Analysing the training results, identifying trends and advising the Training Manager and line managers accordingly;

• Ensuring proper maintenance of training records and preparation of all statutory and ad-hoc reports for both third party and internal use.

Developing, consolidating, monitoring and controlling the Annual Training Budget.
Qualifications University education, with at least 15 years experience working in a large international petroleum company(ies) of which 10 years should have been in the Human Resources/Training function managing large recruitment and training projects.Managerial and organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to apply industrial training and development principles.
• Speaker of English language.
• Ability to plan, manage and implement complex projects
Salary 660 sterling a day
