Small Oil operating company require a Competence Coordinator to develop competence profiles, training matrices and manage e-Learning programmes. Job involves interviewing job holders and line managers to ascertain competence requirements and gaps, conduct needs analysis and provide solutions. Working closely with HSE Department to identify critical training needs.


Good interpersonal skills and ability to write concise job profiles.
