| Job Description | On Job Training Coordinator required on Residential Status in Kazakhstan. GBP 472.5 a day, 5 day working week. Residential Premium: 15%- for Single status. 20% or 22.5% - for Accompanied, depends on accompanying family members
The job holder is responsible for:
· Supporting the Training Special Project Team in planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and monitoring the OJT Programs;
· Monitoring and reporting of OJT progress and compliance;
· Working in strict liaison with Technical Training Coordinator (OJT) for the smoothest OJT logistics and administration;
· Supervising the proper implementation of the Skills and Competencies Management System;
· Coordinating Third Party Competence Certification, where applicable;
· Ensuring proper design and implementation of an Internal Competence Assurance Model, in strict liaison with involved Depts. and DHR functions;
· Ensuring OJT training delivered is relevant and appropriate to meeting the objectives;
· Securing documentary evidence of tasks assigned and completed, ensuring proper electronic and hard-copy archiving;
· Designing and implementing an individual trainee feedback system, as well as its monitoring and reporting;
· Supporting the individual development process, in strict liaison with appropriate DHR functions;
· Monitoring and reporting trainees performance, attendance and behaviour;
· Monitoring the welfare of trainees on overseas assignment in liaison with DHR function, and reporting accordingly;
· Providing technical Input and advice where required;
· Designing and implementing internal audits as appropriate and QA, in respect of ISO 9001;
· Assisting Head of Special Project in budget preparation;
· Issue reports as required and appropriate; |
| Qualifications | ONC or equivalent in Engineering At least 5 years of experience in HR Technical Training Experience with multinational management styles gained working internationally
At least 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Production Operations Excellent communications and presentation (oral and written) skills in Technical English Some formal basic Safety Training and Presentation Skills/ Teaching training |
