Job Description
Client is looking to recruit a number of additional instructors. The Trainers will be responsible for developing and delivering theoretical and practical training programmes to oil and gas process operatives, ensuring that all the associated functions of preparation, assessment, verification and course development are undertaken. This will include developing new courses and providing input to training programmes as required to ensure they are up to date and meet client requirements, ensuring safety is adhered to, ensuring that Health & Safety and permit requirements are complied with by the course delegates, preparing delegate reports and ensuring the availability of training resources. Successful candidates should possess and maintain an up to date knowledge of subjects taught and participate in staff development programmes/in-service training courses.



£70,000 p/a paid in Pounds Sterling (not subject to UK tax)

Contract Status:         Open contract.  Married/accompanied status.

Contract start date:    Urgent requirement for April/May 08
Qualifications HNC/D or equivalent in relevant subject area from a recognised UK institute
Minimum of 5 years experience within a relevant industry
Expert subject knowledge and skills to develop and deliver training programmes
Training/teaching experience
Knowledge of relevant plant equipment and ability to run same
Knowledge of site permit to work system
Experience in the management and supervision of trainees
High level of presentation skills and effective interpersonal skills
Native English Speaker with a UK Passport, valid for at least 6 months
Salary 70,000 Sterling + Bonus
