| Job Description | Coordinator required with a range of experience in training in the oil and gas industry. Expected to direct team of assessors and OJT's and classroom/workshop trainers. Expected to contribute to writing training manuals, assessment procedures and generally represent client in all aspects of training for parent company. Good organisational and leadership skills. Rotation based onshore with infrequent 1-2 days offshore. |
| Qualifications | Degree, preferably in engineering discipline or Training.
Minimum of 5 years in similar position within oil & gas inducstry. Experience in competency based training and assessment,writing training manuals |
| Salary | $120,000 + per annum + bonus |
