| Job Description | Experienced individual with a background in developing Training Matrices and competence profiles for the oil and gas industries, required on contract basis. The job will be initially based in Aberdeen for 3-6 months and then on assignment in the Middle East. This is a new role within the company and the individual hired will be expected to utilise their previous knowledge of training needs analysis and job profiling to develop an in-house style and profiling process. Start as soon as possible. Day rate negotiable. |
