| Job Description | Plans, supervises and coordinates employee career development activities in assigned Function. Prepares, discusses and finalizes Critical Task development Plans (CTP) for new graduates and Individual Development Plans for employees with demonstrated potential. Monitors employees' performance and progression throughout the duration of the development programs. Maintains close liaison and cooperation with Management of the divisions and departments concerned. Prepares and submits monthly reports on all related career development activities to the assigned Functional Manager.
Administers the Professional/Technical Ladder program within the assigned function and acts as secretary to the Ladder Review Committees of the same Function. Provides a focal point and reference for all matters related to training & development matters within the assigned Function. |
