| Job Description | Interesting position of Vice-President Sales to expand current client base of internationally renowned web based learning provider for the oil and gas industries. Based in Abu Dhabi the role will involve some travel around the Middle East. Strong background in training, with familiarity of e-learning solutions. Dynamic individual with entreprenurial skills required. Must be well presented, with good negotiation and presentation skills. Driven and positive attitude, self-starter and highly motivated. Key Objectives: To maximise all possible revenues and margins from prospects located in this geographic region. To exploit all possible new business opportunities To ensure that company is invited to tender for all bids issued from customers and prospects in this region for our core products and services To qualify these opportunities using the agreed qualification process and to win a sufficient proportion of tendered business in order to achieve the profit and revenue objectives as agreed To develop a sales funnel with sufficient business to allow annual revenue and profit objectives to be met. Position's terms and conditions are negotiable but will include a performance based package. |
| Qualifications | Experience,enthusiasm are essential.Oil & Gas, Training, IT background a strong advantage. Preference to those with an established Middle East network.Graduate level academic qualifications.
Minimum 5 years sales or business experience. Fluent in English and if possible Arabic. |
