4x4 status, negotiable dollar day rate.


This post is primarily concerned with the coordination of On Job Training activities in line with company competency assessment procedures and personal development plans. The Training Coordinator will also coordinate external training and arrange plant specific training using internal resources. Additionally post holder will liaise with management to conduct training needs analyses, estimate and prepare training budgets.
Qualifications Degree, preferably in engineering discipline or Training.
Minimum of 5 years in similar position within oil & gas inducstry.
Expereince in competency based training and assessment, such as NVQs
Salary Negotiable Dollar day rate
