GTS can train employees to become qualified competence Assessors, Coaches and Verifiers. Training can take place at two levels, firstly, GTS offers theory based training with practical role plays. Secondly, specific training workshops on how to gain internationally recognised certification in Coaching, Assessing and Verifying. These levels can be arranged independently or sequentially.

Our team of qualified assessors is able to mobilise to any location to conduct independent assessments in a broad spectrum of oil & gas related disicplines from Technician to Engineer levels.

We can establish assessment processes and systems to be used by our clients and their own subject matter experts. We also offer Baseline assessments to give organisations a snapshot of their current poistion regarding competence or as a tool to for employee development.
